The basis of treatment involves a close therapeutic relationship in an effort
to talk about, understand, cope and resolve any and/or all aspects of
dissatisfaction. Dr. Miller's practice approach is engaging and
collaborative. He works with his patients to form a facilitating partnership to
explore the sources of their concerns and find ways to live more vital
meaningful lives. Dr. Miller has a unique combination of sensitivity, empathy and
emotional support that creates a pleasant atmosphere for resolving personal
struggles. Basic to the therapist/patient relationship is the premise that
therapy involves a deeply personal association in which patients should expect
that whatever shared will be kept completely private. Dr. Miller believes
that genuine therapy cannot occur without this guarantee.
Dr. Miller provides a thorough evaluation involving psychological and medical
history ensuring that each person is treated for their specific concerns.
Dr. Miller is a member of the American Psychological Association, Florida
